I once read somewhere that Poundland sold more batteries per unit than any other retailer in the UK, and based on this alone I always used to buy their Kodak batteries assuming they were the best value out there. I was wrong. These Amazon batteries are far superior. For someone like me running a plethora of toddler toys, cat fountains, and electronic devices I really notice how long batteries last, as I’m always hunting around for the smallest screw driver trying to get the tiniest screw out of something or other. I can categorically say these batteries are great value and last a long time. The packaging is specifically designed around the shape of the batteries so they always arrive in perfect condition. It is far more convenient for me to have them arrive the next morning with Prime than high street shopping for them. The quantities available also always mean I have some in the cupboard ready for the next toy breakdown emergency! They are always kept in a high cupboard out of toddler hands however I also appreciate how tightly they are wrapped in plastic it’s unlikely one will fall out into prying hands.

Good batteries for the price In my experience, most quartz clocks prefer to be fitted with alkaline batteries rather than rechargeable ones. These do the job well and are very consistent. I find these batteries last well in non high drain equipment.

These AAA batteries do what you’d expect them to do. They arrived well packaged and were ready to use straight away. Good value compared to well known brands. I’ve been using them in a TV remote and an alarm clock, and they’ve performed reliably so far. Power output has been consistent, with no issues or early drain noticed. Seems like great value for money. I've purchased them for a month (ordered October 2025), have used 2 batteries for a shaver, which doesn't consume the most. In the past, I've purchased batteries that lose charge after some months. So the biggest tell will be when I run something more power demanding or something else 6 months down the line. I'll update this review when the time comes but until then I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it's great value for money and it's advertised 10 year shelf life. Realistically, if you wanted to compare the quality and capacity, you'd need to do some dedicated tests and comparisons, and even then there could be variance in the manufacturing depending on who Amazon sources these from. So you can't realistically trust these reviews to be that insightful.

Good batteries, not duracell, but well priced. Will definately buy again.

Writing this review after Using it. This are really excellent batteries. I'm using it in the BP Monitoring Machine. Daily I check my mother's BP 4 times a day. That BP machine needs 4 batteries in it. Very amazingly, this 4 batteries have lasts literally for 4 months of regular use. whereas previously I also used normal regular batteries in it, which lasts maximum for 8-9 days. Totally value for money product. 👌👌😊

J’ai acheté ce lot de piles alcalines AmazonBasics AAA et je suis vraiment satisfait(e). Pour le prix, 20 piles, c’est imbattable. Elles ont une bonne autonomie et fonctionnent parfaitement dans une variété d’appareils du quotidien — télécommandes, jouets, souris sans fil, lampe torche, etc. Même après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation, elles tiennent bien la charge et n’ont montré aucun signe de fuite ou de défaillance. Le fait que le design soit variable ne me dérange pas du tout, ce sont toujours les mêmes piles fiables à l’intérieur. En résumé : excellent produit, solide, bon marché et très pratique à avoir chez soi. Je recommande sans hésiter !

電池が切れた時のストック用に購入しました。 Amazonにはもっと大量に入ったパックもありますが、あまり多すぎると収納場所を取って邪魔になるので、この「20本セット」が家庭用には丁度いいサイズ感だと思いました。 リモコンやおもちゃなどで一回に使うのは1〜4本程度なので、減ってきたらまた注文すればすぐに届きますし、在庫管理もしやすいです。 一番気になっていたのは「安いからすぐ切れるのでは？」という点でしたが、実際に使ってみるとそんなことはなく、有名メーカー品と同じように普通に長持ちしています。 安くて普通に使える、コスパの良い電池です。
