Although this isn’t cheap, it’s a good price for quality sweet almond oil. It has virtually no scent, which makes it good as a carrier for essential oils, and only a very light colour. It blends well with shea butter to make a very soothing and moisturising body butter for sensitive dry skin. My first bottle was a gift and I was so impressed that I have bought it for myself since. My skin has never been so smooth and comfortable.

Wow a lovely big carrier oil. Sweet Almond 500ml for £4.95, and best of all its pure. I was looking for suitable carrier oils and for what I needed it for, well worth the price compared to others. I use different carrier oils depending on my mood and use nice essential oils. I also use Emu Oil, Cetraben emollient, and Emulsion emollient the make on Amazon. Almond oil is even great on its own to soften all the skin and face. Does have several vitamins in the ingredients, vitamin D, and good proteins. Absorption is good, slips into the skin fast, I have used it over night with and without essential oils, and so far has not stained sheets or duvet. Putting some almond oil around dark eyes, or bags can help through the night, also good for laughter lines and necks. Tones the face up well and very smooth. Not had any allergies. I certainly recommend and will continue to buy, saved a fortune on face creams that “supposed to help the ageing process” this oil has everything I need. Thank you to the seller. Great for use directly on hands with dry skin but not suitable for making scented reed diffuser. I bought this in Apr19 for £4.95 which is good value with the aim of making my own reed diffuser mixing scented essential oils with the sweet almond oil. Even after mixing a whole bottle of essential oil with the almond oil it didn't work as the almond oil is to thick for it to travel up the reed sticks. My advice is avoid this oil if you're trying to make homemade reed diffuser fragrance but it's good for other purposes

I haven't got any real knowledge of things like essential oils etc, but just based on research I did online before I think this is genuine. It feels nice on the skin anyway and sinks in quite quickly - obviously it's an oil so it's going to be a little sticky for a bit. I used to use coconut oil to take my makeup off before cleansing but I think it was breaking me out, sweet almond oil is meant to be less comedogenic, I just hold a hot flannel over my face beforehand to loosen the makeup and then rub this on and it works like a dream, I have sensitive skin but it's very gentle and doesn't tug at all, no nasty scent or anything. Really nice and such a big bottle - will last a long time. I also hear it is supposed to reduce dark circles under the eyes, but I don't really have any problem with that so I can't comment.

I initially wrote a review when i first tried the oil. I thought it to be too runny but having gone through the bottle and 9 months pregnant with no stretch marks, i am leaving another review. This oil is very well priced and works well. No scent to it. (Its not meant to have a smell) It's absorbed well into the skin but can seem too oily if the temperature is warm. The bottle size is generous so can use in abundance throughout pregnancy. I replaced the mamma bee oil with this as the scent was becoming sickening. This smells of nothing just a slight very subtle nutty scent. Spreads well and you can mix any essential oil if you really want a scent. The price is amazing for how much oil you get! Thank you

Wonderful oil.

Tal y como pone es un aceite puro sin ningún otro ingrediente, de primera prensada en frio. No huele a nada. Se reparte muy bien por el cuerpo y por el pelo. Se absorbe rápido, no queda pringoso. Sirve tanto para adultos como para bebés.

La prima cosa che va detta è che la spedizione (STANDARD, gratuita, NO prime) è stata velocissima: ho fatto l'ordine venerdì alle 11, ho ricevuto il pacco sabato alle 8.30! Non avrei mai immaginato fosse arrivato in meno di 24h: Amazon TOP. IO AMO L'OLIO DI MANDORLE DOLCI! Faccio una premessa: sono anni che ho scoperto l'olio di mandorle dolci e non posso farne a meno! L'uso maggiore che ne faccio è come idratante post doccia su pelle ancora umida, ma lo uso anche come impacco capelli, post epilazione, come lenitivo, doposole,... insomma, è una manna dal cielo! Come si vede dalle foto non è la prima confezione che acquisto: è un ottimo prodotto con un prezzo super conveniente. Prima di questo ne compravo nei negozi fisici spendendo almeno 6€ per 250ml... con questo su amazon risparmio il 50%. L'odore è il tipico dell'olio di mandorle dolci, cioè non proprio bello né floreale né dolce, ma personalmente non mi dà noia anche perché sulla pelle risulta in odore. A volte l'ho "addolcito" con qualche essenza o olio naturale (tipo oud o opium), e comunque si può addolcire secondo gusto! In teoria gli oli vegetali andrebbero tenuti in barattoli di vetro scuro per preservarne le proprietà, ma io personalmente non sento la differenze, anzi trovo che in plastica sia più comodo per chi come me lo tiene fisso in doccia: in vetro mi è sempre scivolato e un paio di volte si è anche rotto, perdendo tutto il prodotto. Lo consiglio da anni ad amiche e parenti, e tutti ne diventano dipendenti, quindi lo consiglio anche virtualmente! ;)
