Is it from A1 or A2 cows?

Our whey is made from milk of European organic grass fed A1 cows. Most of the European organic cows are A1 cows. However the difference between A1 vs A2 milk doesn't apply to whey protein due to the absence of the casein. The difference between A1 vs A2 milk is based on the difference in casein proteins which are filtered out to produce our whey protein.

We don't use any emulsifiers or other ingredients. Our natural whey protein vanilla only contains 3 ingredients, organic whey protein concentrate, natural vanilla flavor and 0,2% stevia. Thank you for your question.

Is the whey powder made and filtered directly from milk or from cheese manufacturing?

Hi there, the whey protein is taken directly from the milk after which it is briefly heated for a very short while up to 60 degrees celsius for about 30 seconds. After that the whey is ultra filtrated and dried.
