Glad I bought it. Stopped the air coming in and kept my room warm! Perfect!
I live on the 12th floor in central London and the wind can be extremely strong and the noise I would get through my window was starting to get on my nerves, not to mention in the winter my room would get extremely cold even with the heathers blasting high. So I read several reviews on Amaon and other websites, seen few videos on YouTube etc and went with Tesa and the price from the seller was great so I thought what the hell let me give it a try.It was so easy to install... You just measure the needed length against your window, mark it with a pencil or hold it with your fingers at the desired cut off length and cut it. Make sure the surface your applying on is VERY clean and dry & apply it.I honestly would say it took me approx 2 minutes to put it on (excluding cleaning the window .. Which took about 7 mins).I immediately noticed how quite my room was after closing the window. It's been over 4 months now and my room doesn't get cold nor is it noisey as it used to be before and i still have a lot of the product left over. I sincerely say I am happy with the product and I will recommend it to everyone that is thinking of buying it, you won't regret it.

Value for Money (plus a tube of super-glue!)
I bought this hoping to keep out some of the draft in my apartment, especially with the gas/electric prices increasing so much. It arrived promptly and I followed the instructions advising to clean the area beforehand and allow to dry completely before application of the product. The tubing was easy to put up, but for some reason some of it didn't stay up and I had to resort to super glue, which I have to say has done the trick. That said it has helped with the drafts from the window, so I don't need the heating on quite so high or for so long. Overall good product. Just as an aside I bought the brown tubing, and it can be hardly seen against my windows, which is cosmetically good too!

Pro's & Con's
I was initially fairly impresses with the item, although I did notice a couple of points which may make be think more carefully should I need to purchase again.Pro'sThe item has a good thickness which enables it to fill larger gaps than cheaper alternatives. The design works well and sufficiently stops draughts and noise. It's fairly robust yet easy to cut to length with a standard pair of household scissors.Con'sI found that it was often to thick to use, and that it meant the windows didn't always close correctly. Although a cheaper alternative from a high street homeware store didn't have such a problem. There wasn't clear instruction or guidance over the best way around to use it, as it's P shape it's understandably not symmetrical which effects the performance.Despite cleaning the surface and drying prior to application it was very easy to remove, and didn't always stay in place. Some may argue this is in fact a positive as it didn't leave residual marks, but for me it was a hinderance as I kept having to stick it back.

wow this stuff is good.
I bought this because my bedroom window was very drafty, in the wind and rain you would see the curtains move, I was hoping it would cut out some draft but didn't think it would cut out the noise too, as I could hear the rain hitting the ground outside and the wind blowing the leafs around the ground etc it's blocked all the daft, no more moving curtains and better than that even it's cut out the noise, hearing rain dripping on the window ledge and ground is worse than a bit of daft imo.The bedroom was cold before but now it's noticeably warmer, going from the bedroom to the hallway you can feel the difference, whereas before it was all just cold, it won't mean no more central heating but at least I'm not making it any worse than it has to be now.But it did take me a couple of tries to fit it, the only instructions are about 3 or 4 pictures, they are line drawings so you can't tell what is the frame and what is the window, I ended up sticking it to the frame, next to the original seal the frame already had, this didn't make much difference so I tried sticking it to the window itself, right on the edge, this worked a treat, yes you can now see it when the window is open but it's not very noticeable and the window isn't going to be open any time soon anyway. It stuck better than I thought too, and was very easy to fit in a straight line, luckily I had a tin of alcohol so I gave the frame a wipe with that.Worth every penny.

This works.
Having tired old double glazing which altho still looks ok has started to let a few draughts in here & there I was looking for some excluder that would fill the obvious gaps. Had previously tried the foam type stuff but after a while the plastic backing comes away & it looks unsightly. I spied this on my hunt for something else. So glad I found it. It was so easy to put in place & really does work. Absolutely no draughts & it is such a good seal I'm sure it has even cut down noise too. This feels like it will last much much longer than the foam excluder & once in place is invisible. Clear instructions for fitting. Highly impressed & would recommend.

Saved me from the blustering wind outside.
I didn't follow the instructions as I was desperate to use it. I haven't even applied it all around my window and the result is amazing. So for about 15 years I suffered due to a misaligned window and this is all I needed? I don't even want to think about it. no more cold draft blowing my windows. The noise reduction is already a dramatic change. Mind I haven't applied it to all my windows and I only applied it sparsely to where the wind was getting through but I can imagine with properly and thorough application, the noise would be drowned out even more. The adhesive is very sticky. I said I didn't follow instructions, I didn't clean inside the window seal as it's very late and I'm afraid of spiders so I just wanted to a quick fix. It stuck to all the muck anyway so imagine a clean window.
