Best food colouring on a budget
I like colour splash food colouring. Great colours on a budget. Quality of colouring is fab and taste doesn't get altered. In the picture I've inserted you can tell how bright the colours can get. I use food safe gloves when handling ANY food colouring because they all stain hands. Will recommend if you want great results but don't want to spend a fortune. This orange can go from a peach to neon depending how much you put in.

Good colour saturation
I don’t use a lot of colouring in my usual bakes but I needed a vibrant orange for this one, I had to use a bit more than I expected to, to get the right shade but it was pretty effortless and came out well 👍🏻

Not very bright
The orange was not quite as bright as it appears in the photo even after microwaving the buttercream. And even then had to use quite a lot to get the desired brightness.
