Blackcurrant Multivitamins and Minerals Tablets - Pack of 180 Tablets

Love these. They contain all the vitamins I need and they’re tasty and chewable, so easy to take daily.

I have been looking for a suitable vegetarian/vegan supplement for some time and decided to try VEG 1. As this is formulated by the vegan society the vitamin is specifically tailored for what I am lacking and I can rest assured knowing that the ingredients are suitable for my diet. In terms of price it's pretty average compared to the rival products of similar nature so I decided to buy the 180 pack in blackcurrant. Despite being blackcurrant the tablets are orange and medium sized and chewable. The vitamin itself is quite chalky and does have an after taste but it is not very strong. I will be buying this product again and even though the blackcurrant are fine I think i'll try the orange next time. I have attached photographs showing the ingredients of the tablets, bottle and vitamins.

Have had much trouble with finding B supplements that agreed with me over the years, but this multi vitamin goes down a treat. Funnily enough I'm not actually a blackcurrant fan, (this comes in 2 flavours) but I actually find that I prefer it to the orange variety. For a bit of variation i decided to buy both flavours, and both are very palatable which makes this daily dose more of a pleasure to take, but I do find the Orange flavour to be a very synthetic taste which reminds me of the an orange sherbet type sweet. In future I will stick to the blackcurrant. I think this would say both of these would be great if you need to give veggie and vegan kids a vitamin supplement. I would say there is the absolute 'tiniest' of after-tastes to both tabs, which is pretty good going for a chewable b and multi supplement.

Good supplement for everyone, contains all the things MOST people - certainly not just vegans and veggies - struggle to get enough of in the diet in these busy times of ours. I'm not wild about the taste I'm afraid...so I just swallow whole!

I try to eat a balanced diet and for peace of mind I take this as a safety net.

I take these vitamins daily and love the fact that they are specially designed for vegans. They include plenty of B12 as well as other vitamins and minerals that vegans might be lacking. They are chewable, which I really like, because I'm not good at swallowing pills. And I like the taste too (much more than their other flavour, which is orange, I believe). And they're cheap! Great product.

Excellent product

We've been buying these multivitamins for over 18 months now and they're great. My youngest was under a dietitian (for lactose-intolerance, not because we're vegan!) and he said they include everything we need so they were a very good choice for all of us. The flavour is nice enough and I like that they're chewable or else my children would never take them!
