Excellent, just what I needed and looks good quality. Ordered Friday and delivered Saturday.

I’ve given it 4 stars Only because it doesn’t work for my specific use case but that’s not really the fault of the connector. I’ve tried to use this to convert from balanced 4.4 to unbalanced headphones at 3.5mm. This was a gamble and I knew it. Although sound does come through the headphones, it’s heavily distorted. This is likely the fault of the Zen DAC and there was no literature that said this was feasible on this DAC. I took the risk. The build quality is fine and it’s worth what they are charging In my opinion based on the rarity of the 4.4mm connector so factoring additional cost of manufacture I think it’s fair. As long as you’re going from 4.4mm to 3.5mm balanced as advertised I think you will be fine but don’t try and use it to go from balanced to unbalanced headphones with it unless you’re happy to gamble the £8.

Makes a difference on my HiBy R4 now to be able to use some of my iems using the balanced out to give more power needed on them works great no problems so far 👍 recommended

Short review for GEEKRIA 4.4mm Male to 3.5mm Balanced Female Headphones Adapter. When using this adaptor it does not make a clean connection and if you touch it, it goes from getting output from both headphones to one or the other. Not an issue with the 3.5mm jack I'm plugging into the back of this adaptor as the headphones work fine when connected to an alternate 3.5mm port. Also, connecting 4.4mm headphones instead of using this adaptor work fine too. Complete waste of money but can't be bothered sending it back. Would NOT recommend.

It did the job I wanted perfectly, which was to connect my headphones with a 3.5 plug to a 4.4 ballanced socket.

One thing, vital. Left channel seems to have less volume when it had arrived, I have fixed it now, but has accidentally sacrificed the connection stability which is caused by a wrong effort when trying to get a balanced sound. I voted "I don't like it" is because it did not function well when it arrived, and I have to rate this instead of "It's okay". Let me tell you why there is a volume difference. Under the metal case, there is a strip of metal on the outside of 2.5mm female port. Your picture did not show it because it is on the other side. That metal strip is for the left channel, now what will happen when it is in contact with the metal case, which is connected to the earth from the 4.4mm male port? Earthed, for some portion. You can test it yourself. My solution is to tape it, that works. Please make some improvement for any further order. As a result of trying to find the cause of this issue, the most outer attach point inside the 2.5mm female port has been pressed in and now the port is quite loose. I wonder if the seller should do something for my debugging effort. After all it was the product not functioning well.
