Used from 6/7months till end of pregnancy - great support.
Defiantly a must have, to make pregnancy life just a bit easier when out and about or when you really feel the weight of your baby!! I used mine from about 6-7months pregnant until the end of pregnancy- and I loved using this, made longer days out walking so much easier and enjoyable. Worth the purchase and worth having. Will defiantly purchase a belly belt again for next pregnancy and would highly recommend it for busy pregnant mums who like being active. Use when you really need it and take off when your sitting or not doing much so you dont become so dependant on it. Again - I used mine for long days out, so I could walk around longer with the baby weight feeling reduced - trust me when you take it off you feel the huge difference occur. Only downside which I dont know if it's a quality issue or wear and tear. Mine started to slightly fold out, bare in mind it folded out exactly on my lower belly line, basically were my belly is being supported. Not sure if it was cause of how heavy my belly got and the weight folded it out when walking or what. Next time I think I would buy two and see what happens, to be honest it could either be baby weight or quality of the belt, either way weather you buy this one or another belt - it's still worth having one in your handbag or around ready to go. I got this one cause it looked the easiest to use, which it was and it was affordable so I didnt mind spending the cash to see if it really would help and to test it out basically - it was easy to use, no complicated instructions or lots of different sizes. In short it became something I didnt leave the house without and my partner always reminded me to take it cause he saw the difference ( less complaining !! Haha) - I had this belt and an amazing pair of compression socks, when out I was sorted and much happier shopping and overall enjoying my growing size in pregnancy. Get yourself a belt and compression socks i would highly recommend, I got a wonderful pair on amazon which was the highest rated / best seller item ( "physix gear" compression socks ) - little pricey, but I can tell you it was well worth it I got two pairs as you only get one pair in a pack plus I never suffered once with swollen feet! Or aches, my night cramps were minimised and eventually just went away totally after wearing them ( I got a pair you can wear all the time if needed). The belts definatly a product worth having! Great support, comfortable ( but for comfort - use over a soft top, but not a thick one. You can cover with a jumper on top - as belts not the prettiest accessorie on an outfit) - defiantly reduces baby weight majorly and helps reduce back pain by distributing the weight more evenly.

Recommended - Has enabled me to continue running (currently 32w)
I bought this to help me continue to run with my second pregnancy. I've been fortunate enough not to have complications or many aches/pains so the only discomfort running was the weight of bump on my back and tummy. Using this 'cheap' maternity belt has added enough support to enable me to continue running short distances once a week. I would have preferred a different colour but can't complain with the cheap price! I wear it over my maternity running leggings (great purchase!) so it doesn't get sweaty/need washing each time. The band is quick thick so I have to be careful not to put the overlapping Velcro straps too close to my legs so they don't catch when running. Easy to put on and adjust. Can be hidden under a loose running top/t-shirt but would show under a fitted/shorter top.

Amazing difference to my pregnancy PGP/SPD
At just under 34 weeks pregnant I developed severe SPD, mainly on the left side of my coccyx (which started spreading to left hip after a few days), I find mine is brought on by lying down which seems to be the case for some ladies, but opposite for others. The pain was so bad that I wasn't able to walk and ended up going to the hospital. There wasn't anything the hospital could do besides suggesting pain killers, but a midwife there suggest getting one of these belts. After a week of wearing it to bed i now wake up feeling so close to normal the slight ache that comes every now and then is barely worth mentioning. It takes a bit of getting used to to sleep with, but I wear it over my pyjamas so it doesn't scratch my skin and I wear it looser than i would standing up, and very low down on my hips / below my bump. After being assured of the safety of paracetamol in pregnancy by numerous doctors, midwives and pharmacists I'm taking that regularly too (2x500mg tablets 4 x per day - morning/afternoon/evening/middle of night) and if i start getting sore I do the yoga cat-cow stretch for a few minutes which seems to help (needing to do this less and less now after regularly sleeping with the belt). All these things have contributed, however, I believe that the biggest help has been this belt. I also checked with OB and midwife and they both assured me that wearing it to bed was totally fine for baby. The immediate relief and support that the belt gave me really surprised me and now the grinding and clicking in my lower back / pelvis even seems to have stopped along with the pain. I'm able to get a bit more sleep again and it no longer takes me an hour after getting up to be able to walk around. Last weekend I was in a pretty bad state not knowing how I'd make it to the end of my pregnancy, and now I'm back to how I was before it set in and I mostly put that down to sleeping with this belt on. I think this would work equally well if your pain is brought on by standing or walking as you can wear it even tighter when you are doing that and the support it gives is really brilliant and cuts the pain down so much instantly, and the longer you wear it the more it helps. If you're suffering with pelvic pain like his at all I couldn't strongly enough recommend trying this. I did get fed up the first night and pulled it off after a bit and then couldn't walk the next morning. I'm so glad i persevered as even though it's not the most comfortable to sleep with (though wearing it looser, lower amd over pj's helps) that bit of discomfort is so worth it to be rid of the pain! Update : just discovered that wearing it backwards (with velcro join at back) is wsy more comfy for sleeping in it.

Okay to walk about in
For standing and walking about this is okay, takes some of the strain off. However the Velcro managed to find a way to always dig in or irritate my skin. And I can't wear it when sitting down as it then digs in. Good enough for the price.

Poor quality . So dispointed
I am returning it . Bought it the day before yesterday because my back hurt so much . Its only has been delivered an hour ago. I have been put it on no more than half hour and I didn't put it on tight because I don't want to hurt my baby . It already start wrinkle!!! The quality of this belt really so poor . I am very dispointed .

Un acierto para dar un soporte extra al suelo pélvico durante el embarazo. Usar siempre según indicaciones de su fisioterapeuta, no todas las embarazadas lo precisan.

Love this thing! I'm on my third pregnancy in three years, and my muscles and ligaments just didn't have time to recover before pregnancy #3. I thought with only five weeks left, I could make it to the end without any kind of support, but every day my muscles and ligaments in my lower belly and pelvic area felt more and more painful. Now I just regret that I didn't get this item sooner!! At least I'll have it when baby #4 happens. I was a little skeptical that a plain old band would do anything to support my pregnant belly, so I ordered another type of pregnancy support that had shoulder straps along with this one as a comparison. When I got my items, I wore each for a decent amount of time, and this one was clearly the winner. The other one was the "It's You Babe Prenatal Cradle", and that one is NOT adjustable, and it's just regular pieces of elastic sewn together. The Bracoo band is adjustable (so if you need more support one day and less on another, you can customize it) and it's made of special soft, thick elastic material-- nothing like regular elastic you could buy at a craft or fabric store. It really does form to your body, and it's so easy to put on and take off. I still don't understand how a band like this can hold up a pregnant belly while not putting more pressure on the lower back, but somehow, it does the job. For me, when I put it on in the morning, it's not like I feel immediate relief to my painful ligaments. It's more like the relief increases as the day goes on, which is way better than how I felt before I had it (The day started in pain and only got worse as the hours went on). And because I'm not in so much pain all day, I have more energy during the day and into the evening. Don't get me wrong, I still feel 8 months pregnant, but I think I can make it through these last few weeks with the Bracoo support.
