Great product. Bought this to wax linen thread for book binding. Works well for that purpose. Firm enough to not fall apart but soft enough to cost the thread. Delivery was prompt.

Arrived in good time and really good price bought stringwax from another vendor at 71p more but when arrived it was exactly the same product but worded different.So for the price it's definitely better.

I liked the fact that there was no packaging so less waste. It’s very good wax, a little firmer than I anticipated but from what I have researched that just means it’s better wax. My crossbow strings hall live forever!

Works wonderfully for stabilising linen thread for hand sewing. It is a good hefty block, fits nicely in the hand. Coats the thread well.

I bought this to wax my crossbow string. The product itself is okay and does the job. There's not much to say about it. I give it 3 stars as its very expensive for one unit you can get 3 for £2.73 or 4 for £3.99 from the same seller. I probably should have paid a little extra for a few more. I would recommend doing that. It came in a brown bubble wrapped envelope. Pictures of it below.
