To be honest these vitamin tablets can only do good. I have however reached the menopause now, so have a different set of symptoms. Please try for 3 months before making a decision and keep a diary. I hope this helps.

Q: How big are the tablets? Like the birth control pill or bigger? I have problems swallowing tablets...

Tablets are 10mm (1cm) in diameter. I sometimes cannot cope with larger tablets but these slip down fairly easily. I have taken these for 10 years, they make my nails nice and strong and give me a good start to the day. I would recommend giving them a try.
