Bought this Fiesitn with Quercetin supplement to support longevity goals, but obviously that is a long term effect that I can't comment on yet. What I can say is, while taking this supplement I have experienced improved mood and clearer thinking, which I honestly wasn't expecting. I have also noticed improved skin quality too. The capsules are easy to swallow and seem to be a good strength dose. I think I will keep taking these as I am already seeing some unexpected benefits.

Purchased to counter the effects of old age after reading research and hearing a UMIST professor commending senolytics forthe elderly. As someone with PD, I had been intrigued by a one-off case study of a dietician with PD who had reduced her symptoms through taking fisetin by eating large amounts of strawberries over several years. Latterly she reported that ODing on strawberries had caused her problems (skin flushing) and that she had switched to pharmaceutically harvested fisetin without an harmful side effects. As I have Parkinson's induced swallowing difficulties, I take one a day with a small amount of yoghurt at breakfast. I find that since taking them my thinking is sharper and I cope with my PD symptoms better.

This is a good product with exciting emerging research to longevity. However, for supplements that target senolytics (like this) scientists recommend a 'hit and run' approach of a couple days of high dosage then leaving it for about a month. This means they eliminate the senolytic cells without putting an undue and unneeded strain on your cells. Obviously supplement sellers would like you to do it daily as it brings in more money. Dig into the research yourself.

It is hard to rate the effect of these, but definitely no side effects or problems when taking them. They are easy to swallow, no bad taste and look to be well manufacture. Considering similar products these seems to be a better value for money.

La fisétine est semble-t-il efficace pour réduire le nombre des cellules sénescentes (zombis cells) d'après certaines études effectuées chez des souris. J'ai toutefois remarqué que la dose proposée (2 gélules/ jour) conviendrait plutôt à une personne d'un quarantaine de kilos, donc mois j'en prends plutôt 4. Il faut en effet environ 50mg/kg/jour pour un humain pour obtenir le dosage équivalent à celui utilisé chez les souris (après conversion) où l'effet sénolytique de la fisétine a été démontré. Un dosage insuffisant risque de ne servir à rien... Attention aussi car l'étiquette est trompeuse : Fisetin est écrit en gros et en dessous, en petit with quercetin avec à côté 1200mg en gros. Il s'agit en fait de 1000 de fisétine + 200 mg de quercétine. La quercétine a un effet sénolytique moindre donc personnellement je ne vois pas trop l'intérêt d'en ajouter... Le flacon de 60 gélules ne permet pas d'assurer un mois de traitement comme on pourrait le penser mais plutôt une quinzaine de jours. Le produit m'a l'air de bonne qualité, sans excipients problématiques. Pour un effet réellement démontrable il faudra sans doute attendre quelques années.
