Didn’t like color

I thought this product was excellent quality but it did not fit my head my question is I paid $20.68 and I was refunded $12.69 this is the second order that has not refunded me my full amount of purchase. I am at a point where I am not willing to purchase anything from Amazon until this question has been addressed please help thank you for your time.

Too much hair, needs thinning.

I think for this very modest price it would be a great value if it fit. I have what I would say is normal size head & have very short hair. The wig (I thought was designed for adults) was a real struggle to get on & gave me a terrible headache. I’ll send it back since I haven’t worn it. I used the net enclosed which tamped down my hair very tight.

It’s too small and doesn’t look at all like the picture.

I really like this wig, but it has way too much hair for an older/elderly women. I had to learn how to thin a wig to make it work for me. After thinning the wig and reducing the volume of hair, I love it! I had received many compliments from young and older women acknowledging the fact that they like it because it's not hair heavy. Thinning is the key for complete satisfaction.

I wear wigs quite often and have paid lots of different amounts for them. This one was not the color as shown, did not have the hair as shown and was just plain ugly. The cost of the wig was very small but having a company which sells a certain product, should give an incentive to make the less expensive look almost as good as the expensive items.

I didn't like the way it fit or looked.
