Solid value product.
Great little unit, well made and good value (as are most Behringer products) As another reviewer has commented some sort of mounting holes or brackets would be very usefu, never the less, very pleased.. K.Farley. West Wales.

⭐️Compact and reliable⭐️
This is small but powerful. Easy to set up, gives clear sound, and drives multiple headphones without distortion. Perfect for practice or small studio use. Good value for the price.

solid and easy to use
works well. I’m trying a few ways to hear myself better when playing bass on stage. it’s a small setup but the other band members have very loud and clear amps. my sound is getting lost. i’m trying headphone amp and also angling my amps. however, back to this amp. Good and solid. Works well. I haven’t tried running a mic at same time but it should work well enough too. The fact it’s powered makes it a bit more meaty than a battery one. compared with other headphone amps, this is a much better bet for my needs. Recommend you get and try.

A useful, compact and well made device at a sensible price.
I use a modified XLR to stereo jack where I cut the negative signal and link the positive signal to the second ring. I attach this to a send return output on a Behringer S16 digital snake. I plug this into the line input and use it as a headphone amplifier for wired IEM. I actually have a XLR male to stereo jack cable that is terminated at the performer end with a Behringer PM1 belt pack. This works perfectly and offers the option of looping in the mic (this will be useful when I run out of mixed foldback channels for large groups of vocalists).

OK but subject to distortion
well made, solid, low noise, and flexible. However there are occasions when distortion creeps and makes it unreliable. The headroom is insufficient.

Good for the amateur
After scoping out some other units I decided to buy this even with the negative reviews, as the band I'm in has had no problems with Behringer gear before. After some experimenting with the unit, I discovered that the best way to use it is to switch it directly to mono - otherwise if you use a mono guitar lead like I do all you'll get is sound from one earphone. Another tip is not to use the monitor output from you desk/amp, just go straight for a direct signal from the PA (I run my lead straight from the back of a spare jack port on the back of the sub). From a drummers point of view, this is a great tool. To protect my hearing I usually use earplugs, but these can muddy the sounds and block important things such as the vocals. With the headphone amp however, I use some sound isolating earbud phones and control the volume directly. I also use the XLR input for the mic with a short XLR lead attached to a mic and pointed outwards so I can hear some clarity from the rest of the band. My hearing is protected and I can still understand everything that is going on! The build quality is robust and the instructions are clear. It loses one star however as professional musicians and/or those that use powered mics will not be able to use this due to the imcompatibility with phantom power.

Small physically, but packs a punch.
I was surprised by the small size of this unit. It packs a stereo amplifier, with TRS 6.35mm and 3.3mm outputs (no more adapters needed for the headphones), a 6.35mm TRS jack input (line level) and 3-pin XLR mic-level input (and 3-pin XLR link to mixing desk), supporting 48V phantom power passthrough. I'm driving a pair of Kef headphones and volume set at some 20% is plenty loud enough (the source is line-level from a Behringer Xenyx 1204, mixing down a number of sources). Some have commented on physical mounting options - the bottom of the unit has 2 M3 bushes set into the base on a circa-80mm pitch. There are no 'feet' allowing for the use of these holes, Velcro ar double-sided tape. In my opinion, definitely a unit that should be in every audio engineer's toolbox!

SO pleased I bought this little magic box
I sing in a covers rock/pop band as well as sing jazz, swing and show tunes as a soloist event singer, using pro backing tracks. The problem I was experiencing was that in the band, the drummer was so loud, I couldn't hear myself even with a 300watt wedge monitor under my nose, and with the solo stuff, I need to sing as background and couldn't always be near my PA system to hear well and the monitor was too heavy to lug around. I opted for in ear monitors, but my mixing desk has pre-amps for mic only, so my in ears needed a boost. This bit of kit is excellent, gives you complete control because of the separate volume knobs for mix and mic only, so if you want 'more me', you can have it. The only down side is that there are a lot of cables in and out, which if you are a presentation neat freak like me, can be messy and difficult to contain and hide, but the box itself is lightweight, small and compact. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a little more control and flexibility over your personal reception of sound, especially if this settles your confidence when performing. The item arrived promptly, was well packaged and the manual is easy peasey to understand (I'm a non technical girlie - even I coped !)

Prova kayıt stüdyomda kullanıyorum, 4 tane aldım. Pasif Mixer out a bağlayacaksanız ve XLR ile çıkış alıyorsanız; Başlangıçta Mixer AUX seviyesini -10db /-15db seviyesine alın. Diğer türlü sesler distorte duyulur. Biraz fazla dip ses mevcut.
