I looked at benches for a few weeks on and off until I saw this one. It had everything I was looking for, appeared to be much better quality, and the reviews were positive.The bench arrived pretty quickly. I was busy so I waited about 3 weeks to put it together but when I finally did, I opened the box and right away and I could tell the set-up process would be simple. It came with instructions. It was folded and already mostly assembled. I only needed to unfold, stabilize the frame, add the arm bars, and put the ankle pads on the foot bar. It was so simple, all the parts were there, and it looks great and feels solid. I LOVE the blue color. It really stands out in a unique positive way. The wheels are very convenient for moving it from one area to another without even having to fold the bench up. As you can see in the pictures, it is currently in a room I mainly use to store things. But, I move it to other rooms by simply lifting the backrest end and roll it using the wheels on the seat/foot-bar end. The frame is sturdy and the materials are high quality. It folds back to it's boxed position pretty quickly and easily. The included exercise chart is a bonus. It shows exercises I hadn't thought of before or had forgotten about. I'm very impressed.I had one minor question so I emailed the company the evening I set it up. They responded within hours and were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Quality product and customer support. I highly recommend this weight bench.

What can I say, I love this bench. It’s very sturdy, solid, and well built, easy to use, compact and easy to store when not in use. For the quality you receive the price is well beyond fair. The only issue that I had when I received the bench was that the removable safety pin you use to hold the foot support where you want it, was not included in the box. However, I reached out to the company, and they quickly and cheerfully sent me a replacement pin via FedEx all the way from China. I was and still am blown away by the outstanding customer service. I also like the fact that it has wheels, so that you can roll it easily out of the way. It has a built-in carrying handle, which makes it easy and convenient to pick up. And it comes with two handles that allow you to do dragon-fly ab exercises. I don’t think I’ll ever do a dragon-fly on this bench but I do use the handles to do leg lifts. A lot of other more expensive benches don’t even have these extra features. So, for me this has been an excellent purchase. Absolutely No regrets.

This bench comes with a label "YouTen Strength" ...so that is the company that actually makes it.I used to have a bench similar in design to this under the Magic Fit label, before upgrading to the Fitness Reality 2000.I have found myself needing to save space and no longer needing something as beefy and heavy as the Fitness Reality anymore, so I was looking to scale back again. This bench weighs half what the Fitness Reality did, it folds up smaller, and is rated for more than what i need to do.I can say that this bench is actually more sturdy and adjustable than the my original Magic Fit bench was...so if you are searching for these benches, some may look the same but they may not be.I like the benches that have positive locking plungers for the adjustments, because I find myself needing to shift or move the bench around a lot and benches that are "one-hand adjustable" are actually more awkward if they are lifting when you don't want them too....it is just marketing hype. Chances are...if you are adjusting your bench, both hands are going to be free anyway, so i would rather have a system that only moves when I intend it to.

This bench is awesome! The assembly took a bit longer than expected but was still relatively easy. Once together, this bench is super sturdy and moves in any way you might need to. Not only that, it folds up super easily for easy storage. My gym has limited space and is great for that! Obviously it is not a feature of this bench, but I wish it had a way to do leg extensions on it. Maybe on a new model they may make? Great bench though! Definately buy this if you need a versatile bench for your gym!

I waited a week to post my review on this workout bench. I have been working out for over 35 years. I’ve had several benches for home. It was time for a new one. I love the flexibility of this bench for incline as well as decline. this is my first bench to offer both. It’s stability is great. I feel very comfortable on this bench as well as safe. I also love the fact that you can fold it up or lift it and roll it around the room. If you’re on the fence about buying this for any of the above reasons I would buy it.
