I bought this a couple of weeks ago. It arrived really quickly. I absolutely love using it, easy to use and can really feel that you've worked out. I'm using it to get rid of baby weight along side eating healthy, can feel it working already. Definitely recommend.

Used it quite a lot when I first bought it, but novelty has worn off. I'm sure that this would be a great little product once you got used to using it and got to grips with the different exercises

Very pleased. I was afraid the quality was going to be poor and that I would have to return it. However good quality and well packaged. It comes with instruction booklet, exercise pamphlet and DVD. It took me ages to decide which one to buy of the many, but I chose this one also because it was an Amazon Prime product, which in this instance has proved the right choice for me. It is already assembled and is very easy to get started. Literally just move the pins either side and set your resistance level and your good to go. To fold down simply remove pins and it can be stored away flat. I have done some of the recommended exercises and they are effective; you do feel the burn. Definitely recommend.

Waste of time, money and the effort of return. Honestly, the device provides no basis for the core to contract: no exercise the guides give will contract the core as you are applying force on the core it's self: for example, the scissor kicks are not going to be effective as you are defeating the purpose of the excersise,which forces the core to balance the legs and hold your upper body up, by keeping one leg hovering over the floor as the other leg lifts up, then alternate to force the core to stabilise your body, the device prevents core contraction and any results: watch a video on how to do scissor kicks and you will get results and understand the points I'm making. Moreover, at maximum resistance doing tge bicycle exercise (for legs) does not require effort as your legs while sitting are using gravity to push down mostly (assume one leg weighs 1/5 of your body weight, that is the force on the device) so all you are doing is lifting your leg from the floor. A final example, would be the fact that triceps dips do not even work your triceps using the device as any basic biology lesson would teach: MUSCLES ONLY PULL, the device does not allow triceps to pull so no work is truly being done. Also, the device doesn't show any gluteus maximus excersise (bum) as it advertises, even on the USLESS CD(it's just the advert on mute).

Way better than I thought it was going to be, with lots more Metal parts than I expected. Solid construction; great padding & well made cushion. Also the tension screws are great too; with the locking pins made of metal. Have seen Abs results quite quickly actually due to its extra back support (you still have to work for them though of course, as it should be!). Really really good product and I'm very happy with it.

I don't know why it is split at the back as that is most uncomfortable workout it's doesn't stay in same level and that is hearing back.

You buy the cheaper version of the big name brand, you're going to get the cheaper version of the big name brand. This item is great for absolute beginners (and by that I mean OAP's, preteens etc.), but not your average person who's trying to lose weight or tone their body. The resistance on this (at full, too) is really weak and poor, you don't even feel any pain or tightening in your muscles when using this. And this is coming from someone who's never been to the gym or lifted weights before. You can try it if you like, and see what it does for you, but honestly, I would buy the original and see for yourself the difference in resistance when using it. That's what I've done.
