No. Sake is a spirit made from rice, with great skill and in a traditional manner. Think of the best whisky. This is a very highly salted seasoning, which I've hardly used as i dont want to raise my blood pressure.

Q: does it have alcohol ?

No, it just seems to be a very salty solution. Wdnt waste your money.
