Good company with a good product.
Wow, this stuff is good! It's a multivitamin with actual fruit and vegetables right in it. My children have always dreamed of a way to get their vegetables without actually eating them... Well here it is. The monk fruit gives it a great taste; not too sweet and at the same time no bad flavors. There is a little grit in the last couple sips, but it's a good grit. It makes me know they have real stuff in there and not just a bunch of chemicals. This company does a great job with designing and making it's supplements. I actually like to mix a scoop of the Ketoboost with a scoop of the Superfood. It's delicious, natural, and gives me just the right boost I need. I haven't seen another product quite like this. I'm a type 1 diabetic, so I'm very in tune with my body. This product is great and has no ill affects, no blood sugar issues. Many products will throw my system out of wack, but I've had no such issues with the Parker brand of supplements. This company is also very responsive. I wrote with several questions, and they were answered within hours. I give them two thumbs up!

Tasty AND Nutritious
I read labels on nutritional items. And more. When I ordered this, the picture of the label on the Amazon website showed most nutritional items at 50% of RDA. But when it arrived, the label said 100%. Yet the actual mg amounts in each serving had not changed. I did a little research and they seem to be correct at 100%. So I guess they were label challenged at some point. Even worse, there is no listing for those mandatory items like calories and grams of carbs. I am on a very carb-controlled diet right now, so I had to do more research, because the actual ingredients themselves are mostly fruits, which are high in sugar. Turns out that there are 6 grams of carbs in each scoop. Not terrible, but I need to be aware of it in my total for the day or a meal. So I guess they still ARE label challenged. They seem lackadaisical about labeling like a Chinese company, but the product is evidently made in America. It says so right on the label. Maybe just the labels comes from China. LOL My suggestion to the company is to pay more attention to their label. It matters. But the product itself is very good. I like the taste. I tried some in water to know exactly what it tastes like. It stood up nicely to being diluted 2x the suggested amount. I do that with everything juice related. And I put some in a smoothie and is tastes good in there too. I love that it is all natural, because the mg or RDA is really not as important as the source of vitamins and minerals. Bioavailability is the name of the game, and I think this product wins on that score. Four stars because they don't have carbs on the label and made me go dig into the research. Otherwise it would be five.

TOOOOOO MUCH SWEETNER
This product was recommended to me and I am not sure why because it is HORRIBLE, apparently the person who recommended it to me forgot to mention how oversweetened it is, but that could be because they have NO issues with Stevia, but I couldn't get one serving down. The taste of Stevia is just GROSS not sure how or why it has become a sugar "alternative". Just because it is natural? Sugar is natural...sugar has a bad rap because we PROCESS IT. I am not a fan of sugar either but in a case like this where all you can taste is the nastiness of Stevia, I would rather it be made with pure raw sugar then Stevia...if you like Stevia then you may like this product. The strangest thing about this is that the fact that Stevia is in this product is printed so tiny at the end of the label, I would have never had bought it had I known that it was sweetened with Stevia, because I don't like Stevia.

Great in smoothies! But recently experienced issues with quality control.
I suffer from a vitamin B deficiency that causes issues with my heart. But since adding this to my morning smoothies for the past year, I have seen positive changes. It is very gritty when added directly to water, so I don't recommend consuming it that way. My only issue is my most recent purchase. The expiration date is April 2027 but when I open the container the powder is as hard as a rock. This is not the quality that I am used to receiving from Parker Naturals. So that is a little disappointing that I have an entire canister that I paid for and cannot use. I have never had this issue before, so hopefully my next delivery will be in better condition.

Tastes like Listerine and Bubblegum
I personally was very curious about this powder I got it on Lightning deal for about $20. I was not a fan of its taste. From outside the box it smelt pretty nice, but when I opened it this harsh bubblegum smell overwhelmed me. The taste is just like a mix of bubblegum and Listerine, I would not say it's disgusting, but its little far from fruit taste in my opinion. Other then that is loaded with good stuff. For some reason I taught this father is going to be very fruity, but actually to make stuff red and greens, even though the label has big bright letters RED. It's 12 oz, about 30 servings, 1 scoop is 12 grams. Powered up with all kinds of vitamins even vitamin K1 and biotin. The label States super fruits and greens blend 10 gram Fructooligosaccharides, Purple sweet potato, blueberry, black raspberry, Mulberry, carrot, monk fruit, camu camu, acai berry, Chlorella, pineapple, papaya, bilberry, papain, kelp, bromelain, broccoli, and Pyrroloquinolinr Quinone (PQQ). Update** At first I tried it with unsweetened Almond milk, then with Soy milk, to be honest with the second one the taste was not all that bad as with the first one, so I guess it really does depend on which liquid you're mixing it with. Another thing to mention is that with the soy milk the first half of the cup I drank I did not notice, but the second half towards the bottom the powder got so thick almost unpleasant texture.
