I like that omega I do really trust it as the product is really good

I liked the strength and quantity of Solgar Triple Strength Omega 3. Solgar are known for quality supplements. I’m usually okay with big capsules, the solgar capsules are the biggest capsules I have ever seen, I do find it a struggle to take the two, recommended dose at once one after the other. It has only been a couple of days since I have started taking them so Its too soon to say I have noticed any difference.

I’ve tried a few different fish oil supplements, but I’m really happy with this one. It’s been a game-changer for me. The triple strength is noticeable because I feel like I’m getting a solid dose of Omega 3 without having to take a ton of pills. I’ve been taking these for a couple of months now, and I’ve noticed my focus at work has improved. I’m often glued to a computer screen, so supporting my brain health is super important to me. Plus, I’ve been dealing with some dry eyes, and since I added this to my routine, they seem to be much better. The softgels are easy to swallow and I don’t get any fishy aftertaste, which is a big win. The price feels pretty reasonable considering the quality. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but I’m okay with it since it truly feels like I'm getting good value. If you’re on the fence about Omega 3s, I say give this one a shot. It’s made a nice difference for me.
