I can recommend this item as it is useful because the body cannot make it itself. It has to come via food or, like this, via a supplement. I take it daily if there is no silica in it. Not all people can cope with silica.

I rarely write reviews on supplements as subjectivity always mirrors individual responses. However, 'Best Naturals' Acetyl L Carnitine has made such a difference to my cognitive sharpness. I am 59 years and in great health. I choose ALC as opposed to L Carnitine as it is more bioavailable to the body and I wanted a supplement to maximise my heart and brain health. I had found at times, that I was not as fast in recalling names and I decided therefore that I required more energy, brain wise. After 6 weeks of supplementation and a objective bioressance analysis, I can truly say this supplement has worked magic for me.

I tried one a couple of days ago, amazing clarity in my mind and no fatigue......... couldn't sleep that night as I was still buzzing....... took half the amount next day, feeling great....... couldn't sleep again as my mind was still alert and no fatigue. I'm not taking anymore, I like to sleep, sad waste of money for me!
