I’ve previously purchased custom made frames for concert posters but gave this one a go and it’s great - free delivery, well packaged, great quality and looks really nice. Recommended.

I wanted a "panoramic" picture frame to hang vertically, and this does the job brilliantly. The frame feels sturdy and have clear perspex rather than glass makes it easier to handle (perspex is covered both sides in film so is nice and clean). Note it doesn't come with a mount or a "background", it does say this in the details so not a miss or mislead; but I just wanted a plain background so finding white card not an issue. Seller responded to a question very quickly too which is comforting to know.

I gotvthis to put in a nice picture of family. It fits really well and is true to size. Nice and sturdy.

good value for money and I have bought the frames many times for my Diamond paintings. Perfect for them the quality is excellent . Will carry on getting them when needed

These frames are good - look very great and are lightweight which, with my non existent DIY skills, is helpful with hanging them.

A corner of the perspex was broken off and missing but fortunately doesn't show. The finish on the joins on the back were very rough. Could have been made better.

Theses were bought as our pictures were an ‘odd size’ for the local photo shop. Ordered these, they came within the advised timeframe. Easy to mount the pictures and easy to hang on the wall.Well made frames and packed well for transit.Just about to order some more.

I first ordered two poster frames to put two new posters up next to each other. In the first delivery, one was damaged on arrival, and I received a refund. Then I ordered a new one as a replacement to find out they now have a different supplier(?) that does not include any hooks on the back of the frame making it unsuitable for my purpose. I could add a hook myself, but to get it perfectly aligned with the other poster would be very tedious, and I expect hooks to arrive by default. Hanging the frame on a hook resting on the edges is no option as the frame isn't very sturdy and bends when I do this. After contacting support they have sent me a replacement backboard with the hooks fitted.
