Effective
Been using for four days solid now. Only removed to bathe. Definitely making a difference to back pains and am really encouraged. I ease the tension a bit at night. Its surprisingly comfortable to wear easy to use. I wear it below the belt line/hip bone. Worked on building fence this weekend and it stayed in place and really helped. Am going to try walking football today for first time in many months....am hoping it will assist with mitigating aches after. Not under med advice just self diagnosis after countless youtube visits. This purchase was to confirm a SA issue. Will wear for ten days solid and then stop. If the problem persists after will go for physio advice. Will try to update this review in a few weeks.

Horses for courses.. read on...
I got this, along with the smtfcy (7.99) one. This is comfy, well built and does support. But i chop and change with other one. in my humble opinion ..get both..lol. This one , i wear , if im out shopping ,or eating out , and sometimes sleeping. its just an enlarged belt. Im going to review the other one next.. (spoiler alert... is hardcore protection .. you know youve got it on.) size wise im 36" and this is perfect. There is no silver bullet, get both, it wont break the bank, and you wont have that nag, of wondering if a wider on is better than a thinner one. lol.

Very comfortable and helped with SI sprain recovery
Update! I’ve had this belt for three years now and it’s still brilliant! Anytime I get the slightest tweak where I know I need a bit of support or it will get worse, I wear this for a couple of days and everything is good again. I maybe only use it 3 or 4 times a year for a few days at a time, but I wouldn’t be without it. Great belt. Does the job well and is comfortable to wear under clothes. There was a slightly wider belt for a couple of pounds more and I wondered if that would be slightly better, but this one was fine and certainly helped with my SI joint sprain recovery. It didn’t stop the pain but it reduced it and helped my confidence when moving around again (I know I sound old but I’m not and it was a sports injury!)

Don't rush to buy this one.
This is not a product I would particularly recommend. I wouldn't however want to put people off buying it, but since the seller has been pressing me to write a review I am prepared to oblige. This Neo G belt is not the cheapest available, and nor is it the dearest. Without having tested the others I am however inclined to the view that a cheaper belt could be just as satisfactory, and a dearer one that offered more padding for the sacroiliac joint would probably give a better result. However I think it would be sensible to take medical advice before spending a lot of money on an expensive belt that may offer support and alleviate discomfort, but nevertheless won't cure the problem. The Neo G belt is made of strong elastic, and really that is the only feature that seems to matter. A cheaper belt of strong elastic would do the same job. There is some degree of thickening on the back of the belt, but nothing of any great use in supporting the joint as far as I could experience it. It is not a belt likely to be used as a fashion accessory, although it could be to the extent that it is neatly sewn and well put together with a pretty logo for good measure. The belt comes with some simple instructions. A little more detailed guidance and specialist comment would have been helpful, especially since it's not the cheapest of belts—how tightly ought it to be worn, for example? You need to use your own best judgment for that and any other queries. I would not hold out much hope for anyone relying on the seller for any post-purchase advice. Two emails from me went unanswered. To sum up: the product offers a reasonable degree of support, but a cheaper alternative should be considered.

Accelerates the recovery process
August 2020 Update: I injured my back again in early July. I've just spent almost 5 weeks in agony, unable to walk for more than a couple of minutes and unable to sit upright for more than 5 minutes. I had mislaid this belt, but earlier today my parter found it and within seconds of putting it on the pain relieved. I've been stilton now for several hours and can walk around the house without too much discomfort. Amazing. Original Post: I've been wearing this for a week now, and it has really helped my slipped disk recovery. After approx. 6 weeks of being bent sideways when I walk, this belt helps me try to walk with my back in alignment. As a result I am walking much straighter and more freely. I believe the recover has accelerated since wearing this.

Sacroiliac Belt Provides Stability
I've had undiagnosed pain in my lower left back. Based on my reading it suggests the pain was in the sacroiliac joint area. The pain was relatively minor but uncomfortable, therefore i thought i would try the belt to see if it would rectify the problem. The belt is very easy to put on, a velcro strap, then more velcro straps to adjust the tightness. The belt is unnoticable below clothes and at first is reasonbly comfortable to wear. However, for long periods of sitting the belt can begin to creep upwards and cause discomfort as it digs into your waist. In terms of effectiveness this is difficult to review, as results will be dependent on the exact nature of problem. The belt definetly feels like it provides support, and after wearing for long periods my back discomfort at times would improved. However, i felt the results were mixed.

My second one
Use this all the time for golfing, gardening etc anything that would involve movement around the area I have a problem with. My last one is getting past it's best as I've had it a long time but no hesitation in buying the same again. Excellent product.

Ottimo.
