Fine to swallow.

Made a difference
Suffering with brain fog due to being peri menopausal. Gave these a try, they made a difference to my memory. The only concern I have is the amount of bulking agent used in it. So I had tried a different brand with no bulking agents and a higher dose. Good for a first try.

Helped my aching arms
I decided to give these a go to address the dreadful aching in my limbs (arms particularly). I had read that statins were the cause of this problem, so I gave them up and decided to tackle things with diet (an apple a day!) and CoQ-10. I went for a low dosage, which I could raise if necessary. I haven't needed to. It did take several months for the pain to go, but it has. I keep fit and eat sensibly and will stick with the CoQ-10, but hope never to have go on statins again. Fingers crossed ...
