Cheap plastic but looks good
This helmet is definitely not DOT approved. I put this plastic piece on and never have rode with it. It definitely will not protect you from anything. It looks nice and stylish, maybe will ride around town with it but will not be taking trips with it

The helmet didn’t come with liners for the inside or padding. So, for that reason I returned it
