These Lasted 1 week and a half following the guidelines, Im a 6'0 man training two hours a day every morning before work, i put on 4-5lbs in that time so im guessing they might of done something, or it was just solid training. it could just be mind tricks and they literally could be capsules of a notthing powder, 3 stars.

It's a good product although there is anger side effects
Good product overall though. Good for muscle pump but I found there is less content in the newer tubs 800mg creatine and the old ones had 1000
