I have not been taking them long enough to see a great difference. I am a mature adult with pretty good skin. I never sunbathe. Made from fish, so beware if you have an allergy. I believe taken in capsule form is better than using topical collagen in a cream.

My mother has dodgy knees, both of which have required operations as she enters her 70s. I think this product had really improved my hair, nails and skin. You've got to give it chance to work, I would say 3 months. I just take one of these a day
