Omega 3 is good for you. Most of the time. What can be becomie problematic is when it is mixed with other oils. I switched to Lindens because it didn't have any other oils, which I have an IBS problem with. Good value for money.

Good fish oil without the after taste of fish.
Really good fish oil. With others, I nearly throw up afterwards with the taste of fish coming up after swallowing. I hardly ever get that from these tablets. I've been buying this brand for a while and am very happy with it.
