Its a very good delicious product, it is not sweet, great to amd healthy, i love to prepare and side with my breakfast.. highly recommend very nutty! I added some more pecans and cranberrys , comes in 1cup size packets . Love iiiiit!!!

We like it
We added a little dark brown sugar to make more sweet, we like it. It's not bad for 14 bags/$21.

This product lacks quality, perhaps left for too long so the seeds inside have an oily smell
