Great mug
We love these mugs. They are heavy and chunky. They hold quite a large amount of liquid compared to a normal cup. They have not chipped despite daily use and being dropped. They keep your drink really hot providing that you pre warm the cup by pouring hot water in it then pouring it out before making your tea. If you don't do this the drink you make can be less than hot as the cup absorbs the heat due to it being so thick. The holes in the handle are too small really for an adult male to put their fingers in. My husband has had his fingers stuck in it. Not at all pleasant when the cup is hot! It's a good quality product as well as being funny.

Works well.
Works well, but don't let your knuckles touch the cup whilst carrying hot liquids. Large hands like mine get hot.

Wrong item, badly designed handle
The mug I got was 300ml, not 500ml. The finger holes in the handle are also too small to anyone with medium sized fingers to fit comfortably through

Excellent mug. Quite a hefty size. The dusters just about fit my hands and I have average sized hands. It's also very good for looking manly while drinking a green tea or sipping soup.

Luck of the draw...
Reading through the reviews i think its very dependant on what you get sent. Mine looked brilliant but on closer inspection had a chip at the bottom of the mug. It was not big...3mm perhaps...but noticeable. As it was a Christmas present (and to be fair, even if it wasn't!) it had to be sent back for a refund as i couldnt gift that. It appears to be happening because the front section of the packaging is left open, meaning some of the products can easily be damaged either in transit to customers, or even whilst at the warehouse itself. As reviews show this clearly needs to be re-examined.I do love the item though, so have ordered another one to see if i am lucky this time. If you get a good one it looks great, but please check carefully for damage before keeping!
