Excellent BBQ, got it at a good price and can't fault the delivery company. I've seen some reviews saying arrow was poor but for me they turned up when they said, phoned an hour before and were friendly and professional.

I bought this kamado bbq to replace an old steel bbq. I’m very impressed with it, I use less charcoal and the results are impressive. Too bad that original add ons like rotisserie and pizza oven are so expensive. I recommend it!

Expensive, but worth every penny. This grill/oven/smoker takes barbecue to a whole new level. So far we have produced meltingly delicious pulled pork (an 18 hour low smoke we could never have attempted before); creamily tender brisket; the moistest, tenderest roast chicken ever; and drop dead gorgeous pizza. Even relatively mundane dishes like pork chops and steak are elevated by the Kamado’s fierce but controllable charcoal grill. We bought this because we wanted to do a better job of hosting summer parties in our garden. Now we can cook for 20+ at a time with much less stress, and people love the wonderful smoky flavours we produce. But we’ve discovered that this BBQ isn’t just for summer: I have no spent several Friday evenings outside with a hea torch and an umbrella: I think we may end up slow roasting the Xmas turkey too. If you decide to treat yourself, invest in some good supporting literature. I recommend “Pitt Cue & Co”, “The Hang Fire Cookbook”, and “Berber & Q”.

The grill is great. No fault with the product but the vendor's judgement to use Arrow XL is questionable. Our issue is what we endured to get this delivered more than 2 weeks late on 22 March. Arrow XL would schedule a date and no show. Arrow XL rescheduled 6 times and NEVER communicated directly about rescheduling until after the fact. Updates in their tracking app were vague and misleading. Customer Service was difficult to reach and when we finally did, they were useless. After the 5th no-show, I asked for escalation of the case. Denied. The final tracking entry was an outright lie, claiming we had requested a new date. No one from Arrow XL spoke to any of us. We never requested a new date. We were on site every time waiting, taking leave from work. We began to question if this delivery would ever be completed. It was only after we contacted an investigative reporter did the grill "miraculously" get delivered two days later via "special delivery." Grill great. Arrow XL was a nightmare.

Build quality is mostly great, couple of gripes but worth paying a premium for. I use this all the time, making breakfasts, smoking briskets, grilling steaks, it's so versatile and great to look at as a garden ornament. Lots of accessories, all great too. Only gripe is some times it's hard to remove the ash basket. Highly recommended.

Welcome to the worlds most amazing tasting food - at the expense of packaging which would turn the most even tempered man into a raging nutter. Yeah sure its gotta survive shipping (which it didn't anyway!) but does it really have to be an un-ending stream of plastic and polystyrene wedging a myriad of randomly taped and tied together parts into the inside with other parts randomly hidden between the crate. This thing (Classic II) is INSANELY HEAVY. Forget a second person to help, you will need a crane. The rest is great and I couldn't be happier even if it came with a in the lid. After the nightmare of setting it up Im not dealing with a damn return on top of it. Worth it

The kamado Joe is super! I was indecisive about what bbq to buy, but when Amazon had a sale on, I bit the bullet and never looked back. First of all the delivery was brilliant, straight to my back door. It comes in a palletised box with everything packaged fantastically. It’s a hefty lump, so you will need another person to help you manoeuvre it into place and build it, but the instructions are great and you’ll be smoking in no time. I’ve used it multiple times a week since owning it, and it has really helped me up my smoking and BBQ game. It’s a joy to use and quite the learning curve to learn the nuances of the kamado, but after a few sessions, and a bit of confidence you’ll be smoking for hours on end no trouble. Once you’ve got the hang of temperature control, you’ll be flying! Don’t hesitate, add this to your collection!
