Best Naturals Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 Mg 120 Capsules

This has made a huge difference to my quality of life. I have suffered with BMS for over 10yrs and it can really get you down. Taking 2 of these capsules in the morning and 2 at night has reduced it to a very tolerable level and some days it's almost totally gone. It started working within a week for me.

Tried this product as a different brand with a higher amount of mg gave me insomnia. I didn’t have any other problems with the other brand and it did give me incredible energy and regulated my blood sugar so I didn’t feel hungry all the time. Bought this one for the lower mg, hoping to get the benefits of the other brand without insomnia. This product made me feel really ill, uncomfortable burning sensation from throat to stomach when taking and then anxiety, agitation, bloating, constipation and still insomnia (taken in the morning with food). It also had no effect on my appetite and didn’t give me energy at all. Have thrown away after only one use but these symptoms continued for several days. I don’t usually leave reviews but this product has a lot of good feedback and obviously suits some people. Just thought you should know that it can also have a very bad effect. I think the brand you take makes an enormous difference, so be careful!

I have no idea if this will benefit anyone. Unfortunately, suffering as I do from reflux, after a few days I had so much pain and indigestion symptoms I had to stop taking them. The clue is in the name but it was much worse than I expected. Disappointing for me and money wasted.

So this is a tough one, as I believe that all people react differently to the same products. I’ve been using this for a year now, related to my neuropathy. Although I cannot say for sure that it has gotten better, I can say that I’ve not noticed that it has gotten any worse, and considering how quickly I had been going downhill, that is amazing to me! I take one tablet in the morning, and another a night, as recommended by the doctor who performed my nerve test, and I seem to be holding my own (knock on wood).
