Great, solid, sturdy rack

This was an easy rack to put together and holds ALL of our winter coats and has no give in the rod and it looks nice also as a bonus. Would recommend this product great for an older home without closets

Very happy with the quality. Strong and sturdy.

The rack looks nice, but the bottom shelf did not line up with the screw holes at all. This was especially frustrating because the bottom shelf was a major reason I chose this rack in the first place. The company does not offer replacement parts, so the only option is to disassemble the entire rack and return it just to fix one piece. That is not reasonable, and it was very disappointing.
