Q: Will this do well for a public reaction video and pick up clear voices from people around me?

The mic picks up the wearer's voice clearly when clipped on at chest height, so someone standing immediately in front of the wearer and in conversation should pickup well but I doubt it will do well any further away.

Q: Can you hook two transmitters up to the receiver at once? im looking too use this for interviews.

No you can't - try the UwMic 10 kit with two transmitters and one receiver.
