Otherwise , it is cute and maybe useful for awareness or starting thinking about an ache or pain or energy level that occurs at a certain time of day. It is small.....I think I would have preferred 9 inches or so. The print in the cranberry color is very difficult to read (9 position). This is why I gave it a 3 and not higher. I can't read that color without a magnifying glass and strong light. They should adjust this.
