Amazing sofa, it's big and while might be a bit firm for others, I found it very comfy! Looks great and is sturdy, and compared to most of the sofa market, this deserves every penny for its quality alone. Definitely recomend buying it if you want a big and sturdy sofa, you can fit 3 people on with space inbetween as well! Very happy with the purchase- colour is amazing and matches my colour scheme. Bought 3 seater and the sofa bed is good size. Mattress is ok, but I do have a mattress topper from old bed so it’s comfy as standard bed. It’s firm sofa, which we all love- finally can watch a movie without falling asleep on a very soft sofa we had previously 🤣😂

Took 12 weeks from order till delivery, was dispatched then status changed to out for delivery - to not turning up - to not even dispatched, anyway after many calls to amazon and supplier an extra week was agreed so in our case March 13th. On that day I got a text to say delivery between 7:30 PM and 10: 30 PM. Yes people you read right thats PM on a saturday night, at 9PM a van arrived with just 1 man on his own ( a polish guy but very polite and curteous) what a health and Safety nightmare if that guy got hurt on his on delivery what is a very heavy sofa, Very poor service from delivery company not to have 2 man lift, anyway together with my son they got it into a room. The sofa itself is well made looks fine but the bed option - my god its small no way can 2 people spend time on that, its metal frame and springs creak on movement, its more like a single as loads of space each side that could have been used to make this a double day bed, it also badly needs a topper too. In all its an ok sofa, as a bed its going to be hit n miss, not what I was expecting, so if your looking for a good sofa bed for 2 people GIVE THIS A MISS its not for 2 people and we got the bigger 3 seater too.

The chesterfield sofa is a little hard but comfortable, but must say that from my experience the delivery time takes slightly longer than stated its says 1 to 2 weeks in the listing but I ordered on 25th October and actually received 15th November, that said it is well worth the wait If you are considering purchasing please check your door measurements as there must be a door frame clearance of at least 72cm I just made it

I was a little apprehensive at first to buy a sofa online without being able to see it, sit on it or check the fabric. But it looked gorgeous and the price so good as well. I am very pleased I risked and have to say I am completely happy with this sofa, looks very nice, made really well and is very comfortable. In some reviews I read it was mentioned that seat cushions are a bit firm, so I was a bit worried that they will be too firm for my liking, but decided that I can change the foam cushions if needed, the price of the sofa allows for this. But I was pleasantly surprised the seat cushions are very comfortable and I didn't need to change them.

I received the sofa on the 21st of July but it shows that it’s still on it’s way. The quality of the sofa is horrible and want to return it, but there is no way to contact the seller and Amazon is not helping either. It states that I can return it 30 days after the receipt…but as long as it’s “not” delivered I can’t do anything so they just want me to pass that 30 day so then just to be told that I can’t longer return it. Horrible customer service from the seller and Amazon side as well. Horrible quality of the product!

Delivery guys had a bit of trouble getting it to upstairs bedroom but fair play they did with minor issues couch it’s self great very firm would recommend a good topper tho but fair enough sofa bed for spare bedroom

Delivery was quicker than expected - just over a week. Delivery guys were super friendly when phoning to arrange delivery. They took it to the room upstairs around a difficult turn. They unwrapped it, moved it to my desired location and ensured I was happy before they left. It’s a stunning colour and firm and comfy as a sofa. It’s three quick and easy actions to open the bed which - in the 2 seater version - is a small double bed. The sofa material is durable but soft and the colour is amazing. Thoroughly recommended.
