This is a well designed product. The coverage is exactly how briefs should be. Mid rise waist and none of that bikini cut wedgie making nonsense. They stay in place in high activity and under jeans. The material is stretchy and comfortable. I have a 30.5 inch waist and somewhat muscular and rounded rump. I went with the mediums and the fit is good. Of course a size between small and medium would fit me perfect. I wish these companies would consider that a four inch jump in waist is a much larger change percentage wise in the smaller sizes. Overall I am happy and will buy more, hopefully at a better price.

Following surgery, I needed underwear which provided support, and these fit the bill. Have purchased before, and always fit great, are comfortable to wear,,and give support where I need it!

Fit is good but lacks support around the waist. A bit disappointing for the price.

After several lower abdominal surgeries during 7* decades, unless the twins are kept elevated 24x7 fluid accumulates causing pain in the right groin area. I look for comfortable but supportive low rise briefs to wear as outer underpants, over boxer shorts. Previous best find, a cotton Calvin Klein model, is no longer made. These Jockeys are better. I will be buying more. I wear 36 inch pants, ordered the Large size. Fits great. Nice stretch in the waistband, body, and leg holes. Good seal, supportive, not hindering circulation. Wide fabric through the crotch. Should keep the boys from falling out of bed and getting strangled by the leg band.
