Really nice look, something a bit different from the red painted extinguishers. This one being chrome finish remains easily visible but doesn't stick out like a painted red one. Happy it covers all fire types and is therefore perfect for use in my camper. It can handle any cooking fires, and anything electrical too. Hopefully never have the opportunity to test its contents effectiveness but Firexo is a trusted brand.

We luckily haven't needed to use this extinguisher yet, but it's confidence-inspiring to know that it's suitable for almost any fire you might come across, and that's worth the money. It's a reasonable size, and the quick-release wall mount works nicely (easy to deploy and also easy to mount to a wall). And - although not the most important thing on a fire extinguisher - the silver colour is more stylish and aesthetically appealing than a red one.

We hear plenty about the importance of smoke alarms and even keeping a fire blanket in the kitchen, however there’s NOTHING about the importance of keeping a small, domestic fire extinguisher. The rule of ‘Get out - call the fire brigade’ still stands, but if it’s a small fire (waste bin or overheated charger), this extinguisher allows you to try to safely extinguish the blaze and either turn off the power or take other action. This is my second fire extinguisher (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). I’m very passionate about this subject as I’ve had extinguishers in my home for over 50 years, my parents getting the first in 1968. It saved our home following an incident with an oil heater! This fire extinguisher is small enough to be placed in a convenient location (near an exit door) and easy enough to be used by everyone. I’m not a fire professional but experience has taught me it’s just as essential to have a fire extinguisher in your home as it is a smoke alarm. Purchased as a safety measure to house in my camper van. Very good quality and easy to fix as it has a mounting bracket. Piece of mind knowing it’s there if I need it.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this yet, so my review is going to be short. My reason for buying this was because I randomly dreamt of a fire happening in my house, and literally as soon as I woke up from the dream through the night, I immediately went online at Amazon to order. I have a lot of electrical appliances in my room so I wanted an extinguisher that was either gas or powder. I chose this one because of it being gas (Nitrogen), and its ability to put out every type of fire. It will also not leave any residue like a powdered extinguisher would do. It's only a single use, but I'm not sure if that means it'll be no good even after a little squirt, or if it can be used several times in small quantities. Either way it's going to potentially save your life, and fire damage to your home and goods. I think I paid a little over £30 for mine, which in the grand scheme of things is nothing compared to what it could save! It comes supplied with a wall mount bracket, and the extinguisher is good to go straight from the packaging if needed. Hopefully you all won't ever need to use it, but it's best to be prepared just in case.

Es ist toll dass dieser Feuerlöscher alle Brandklassen hat, das gab es noch nie. Kommt aus GB und ist in D zugelassen. Ich hatte erst Zweifel ob man die gelbe Kappe abschrauben müsste am Spritzschlauchaustritt, wenn man spritzen will: nein, ist nur eine hauchdünne Membran aus gelbem Plastik drin, die dann zerstört wird durch den Druck. Freundlicher Kundendienst (ich glaube in Polen), ein Schlauch musste ersetzt werden, ging ohne Rückschicken auf Vertrauensbasis. Habe für ein Privathaus gleich drei gekauft. Tolle Neuerung. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist auf dem Feuerlöscher aufgedruckt, kein extra Heft, ich dachte erst das fehlt. Hält 20 Jahre so, dann aber keine Nachfüllung.

Premesso che non l’ho ancora mai dovuto utilizzare, per fortuna, ma l’ho acquistato per sicurezza visto che un principio d’incendio può sempre capitare, sia all’auto che all’esterno, ed è molto utile avere un estintore a portata di mano. Avendo io anche un impianto audio artigianale, con molti cavi di potenza che passano lungo l’auto, il rischio di qualche scintilla in caso di danneggiamento delle guaine è più alto rispetto alle condizioni standard. Ho scelto questo estintore per la sua compattezza e per la caratteristica di essere al magnesio, per cui si può utilizzare su qualsiasi origine di incendio, sia elettrico che da combustibili, addirittura per batterie al litio (che oggi sono ampiamente diffuse fra smartphone e dispositivi vari. Nella confezione viene fornito già installato su una staffa di ancoraggio apposita, dotata di due fori per fissarlo dove si vuole, nel mio caso nell’auto. Il sistema di trattenuta è doppio: c’è un aggancio centrale da far scattare per liberarlo, molto semplice ed efficace, ed una forcella nella zona dell’erogatore per una presa più sicura. La cura di nota nei dettagli infatti la fascia centrale è rivestita di tessuto per non rovinare l’estintore e la forcella è ricoperta di gomma per fare più attrito. La linguetta di azionamento è di metallo e non di plastica, come in tutti gli estintori bloccata da una spoletta di sicurezza con tanto di sigillo e legata lateralmente per non perderla. L’ugello è in plastica ed orientabile per un getto ottimale. Ovviamente è presente anche un piccolo indicatore della corretta pressione. Molto compatto, misura una 30ina di cm, può essere facilmente installato anche in spazi limitati come in auto sotto il sedile o nel pozzetto del passeggero o nel bagagliaio. L’ideale è averlo in una posizione più comoda possibile in caso di emergenza (quindi accessibile dal posto di guida). Il peso è contenuto anche per via della compattezza, il contenuto è di 500ml di materiale estinguente, quindi adatto a piccole fiamme e non per incendi avanzati. Consigliato per chiunque abbia un’automezzo, è sempre utile averlo appresso per qualsiasi emergenza, propria o di qualche altro automobilista. Il costo è molto contenuto ma se utilizzato può veramente salvare vite o spese molto ma molto più alte. Se mai lo utilizzerò aggiornerò la recensione con le opinioni sull’utilizzo.
