"Lightly salted"? - hardly! A significant number of the seeds had crusted salt on the shell. A bigger issue is that while the seeds are 'long', they are very narrow and slender and are not worth the effort to get the seed. Won't buy again.

Nicely roasted. They are white because this is a white variety. Just the way this particular variety looks. They are salted pretty good. A bit too much for a daily eater. I mix them with a blue bag from a Mr. Company. You can find them on Amazon. But these are too brittle. So the shells often explode into shards instead of cracking open. They are long, but not very fat so the seed is quite narrow. 1 star off for the small seed and 1 star off for the messy cracking.
