Large size, holds lots of coffee and keeps warm! Very good

It's good at keeping the drink warm and it's as big as I wanted.Just drinking from it can be a bit of a pain, with it not having a air hole in the lid, so you have to tip it right up.Plus with the slide lid, there is no rest way to clean under it.

Unfortunately it has a serious design flaw.It does not have a screw-top lid, merely a press-on lid. When the mug contains a hot drink, the expanding warm air in the mug builds pressure and pops off the lid. The lid it not usable with hot drinksIt's not as bad for cold drinks, but they do also leak a little from the lid.As this was purchased to carry hot drinks on the go, the product is not fit for purpose.

The product is G-R-E-A-T. Keeps hot drinks hot and is so very easy to clean. I have 4 of these mugs & they are all fantastic. Sadly I dropped one of them at Christmas and damaged the lid. I emailed their Customer Services team to purchase a replacement lid and they despatched me one by return of post. The comms was clear open and friendly and they resolved my query swiftly. 10 outta 10 WetoWeto !! Thank you.

Cup is good, light bigger than you think and doesn't leak. Problem I found was the push button bit to allow the drink to come out of the top gets dirty underneath but you can't get at it as it's a sealed part. So it can get stuck rendering the lid useless. I had to use a pin to clean it but other than that, keeps his coffee warm for hours, easy to handle even with a red hot drink. Only marked it down because the top can be difficult to clean.

This cup keeps it hot for ages! Also fits a modern full size Transit van’s cup holder perfectly! No more spillages in my van! However definitely too big to fit the cup holders in my car!

It is great, the only thing is it is very hard to clean the top where it opens for the drink.
