These were the perfect size for my Wagyu steak. Just handle them carefully as they stick to fingers very easily. I applied them with tweezers but I recommend applying them with the back sheet it comes with. Much easier!

I also do recommend that if you are new to this product that you watch some YouTube videos on how to use it so you can avoid serious frustration and additional waste. They will stick to just about anything that you don’t want them to so be careful and try not to have a breeze going thru your kitchen like I did. There isn’t a flavor per se so it doesn’t change what you are putting it on. Yes, the sheets are small, but honestly they are probably easier to control being small. If you need to cover a large area, you will need either a larger size or more packs. I used them to cover the Hershey Gold Nugget chocolates and one sheet just went around the top and sides(left/right not front/back). It worked perfect for what I needed them for.
