Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 2-in-1 Business Laptop, Silver

I love this new Samsung computer. It has everything I need in a computer, memory, graphics, portability, and also very important. A GOOD PRICE! My older computer was also a Samsung and was still operational but I wanted an upgrade.

This laptop was purchased to edit large image files and works perfect for what I need. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend to anyone if the specs and price are a fit for you.

I bought this laptop for my graphic design, and I've only had it for a week. It's very sleek, thin, and attractive. It's a huge upgrade from my last laptop, at least on paper, but it has some issues. Battery life is really poor. I can be on the laptop for an hour or two, leave it closed, come back several hours later, and the battery will be dead. So it has excessive battery consumption when it's idle. When I first turned the computer on and was getting it set up (so, setting computer preferences, setting up browsers, setting up anti-virus software) it started overheating 10 minutes in. And when this laptop overheats, I am talking HOT. It will burn if you touch the bottom. That's happened several more times since. Aside from that, it is a really nice thin, light laptop, and it usually runs okay. Overall, I would say that the positive features balance out the negative to make this laptop an underwhelming "fine."

Screen is broken after only 2 week of use

It is the older 2021 model, which is universally rated as an inferior product.

I bought this laptop through best buy. I am a huge Samsung fan. Day 3 of ownership my pin to access the computer puts up a code that says something went wrong, your pin isn't available. It prompted a Microsoft page which asked to verify identity. Microsoft page said it sent a text, but none was received. Called Microsoft, they only provide online support, which I can't access because they locked me out of my laptop. Called Samsung and said it was a Microsoft issue and this happens with updates. Great machine for the one day I was able to use it. Don't buy.
