Waited over a month for delivery only to received a used pair of boots. One insole was apparently too small, allowing my toes to extend over the insole. Yep, my toes extended beyond the insole inside the boot. I’m disappointed at the delivery timing and quality of the boot

These rain boots are very cute and unique although they do run very small. I wear a 9.5 and I had to get an 11. They are also extremely heavy on my feet, feels very like wear metal work boots except their rubber. Felt like it was a workout just to pick up my feet.
