Q: Does this hat have a strap to hold it on?

it does not have a chin strap to keep it securely on the head. what it has is inside the hat a strap that can be tightened atound the top of the head. last year it wasnt quite tight enough to stay on the head of my three year old bit fits him perfectly this year. it doesnt really stay on though if he is running

Hats were sturdy and a good size. Very disappointed in the condition they arrived in however. Both the hats I ordered were filthy - covered an a thick layer of dark dust. Not what I'd expect from a brand new product.
