Pathetic product. Quality of the product is not good and the size is also bad fitted, not a lot of stretch available. Moreover they don't have return option because they know their product is so pathetic and let customer suffer in pain. 0 value of money. Don't waste your money on this product.

After receiving it I tried it on right away and immediately I didn’t like it. It’s uncomfortable and makes my knee feel like a board and took too long to figure out just how to wear it and position it properly. I’m going to return it.

I have been looking for a good knee brace to help with an MCL Injury. I have tried various knee sleeves and knee braces with metal side supports. It was either too bulky or not enough support. I followed the measurement guidelines and purchased the knee brace that was the best fit for me. It lined up perfectly for my build. I work outside and I wear both knee braces to provide good side support of my knees. After wearing these for about a week I have noticed significant improvement in my knees. Swelling of my MCL has greatly decreased after a day of work and I have been experiencing no residual pain when I go to sleep. I have been dealing with this pain for almost a year and icing and rest was doing little to help. I finally have found something to help with the healing process. I find the mesh to be very nice and breathable and almost no discomfort after 8 hours of use. The brace does wrap from behind the knee and the Velcro straps wrap across the front of the knee. I would not recommend trying to run while wearing these. The fabric along the back of the brace will restrict movement. I would say maybe I could get a 45 degree bend before the brace exerts too much pressure to continue raising your heel toward your butt. If you have been experiencing prolonged MCL pain or other knee discomfort then I would highly recommend this product. It also can be worn underneath pants with little visibility that it is being worn. Skinny jeans and tights would be too tight but a casual pair of pants or jeans should allow ample movement.

I've tried a lot of knee braces, including before and after a meniscus tear repair, and this one provides the best and most comfortable LIGHT stabilization of any that I've tried. Easy to strap on and also helped provide me with the degree of stability and support that I needed to begin doing the exercises necessary to strengthen the muscles around the knee. These days, I don't need it anymore, but I always take one for each knee when out rucking or hiking, just in case.
