They are beautiful and exactly as described. They have that smooth silky touch for the black matte. Easy enough to install, no leaks, good water flow. Handles turn easy and they give you an extra aerator. The box is beautifully packed giving that high quality assortment. Best value for money and great functionality. I had overtightened (my fault) the hot water handle when installing and damaged the cutoff point so it would run slowly when off. It is not simple to replace this component so I reached out to Aolemi and they sent me an entirely new handle free of charge. It looks very nice and very high quality as well. I highly recommend.

Lovely nice and great product

If you are looking for a bathroom faucet that looks great and has excellent customer service, look no further. The faucet itself is designed correctly with enough height and proper distance from the bowl. I tried a few before landing on this one. The water pressure is good, and the valves have ceramic disks. I opened them up and checked, and the metals seemed to be of quality. Installation was easy enough as they had screws to tighten the threaded rings for each faucet handle and faucet. This makes it easier to tighten instead of using a wrench. Customer service is always key, and with this product, it's present. I had an issue with the faucet handle and cartridge on one of the units, which I emailed them about. I received a response in 1 day, and the issue was rectified in the days to follow. I would definitely recommend this company.

Packaging was great, kit contents were complete and the unit looks good. It’s quality and construction (compared to what we replaced) was reflective of the budget price point. Installation was straight forward and fairly easy. We bought two (for separate baths) and the second unit had a defective valve which customer service hasn’t replaced. Bottom line, buy it, install it quickly and hopefully your experience will be better than mine. Other than that, I suspect I’ll be replacing these in a few years as the valves aren’t serviceable. At this price point, I guess that’s fair.

Initially I was happy with the look and install of these faucets (we bought two), and they seemed like a good value for money, but unfortunately in less than 6 months it’s become clear that you get what you pay for. The finish has completely deteriorated in the drain, and the “brass” has become a completely different color from the faucet as well. The finish has also come off the handles and parts of the faucet. These are in a small child’s bathroom and a guest bathroom that are used very minimally (basically brushing teeth and occasional hand washing), and they’re cleaned regularly with gentle and appropriate products. I’ve never had these issues with our more “name brand” faucets that are used much more, so it’s clear to me that it’s the product itself. Pretty disappointed in the longevity and quality.

Paid a plumber to install this item but once installed noticed the spout was welded weirdly. Now the company is no longer on Amazon so I can't get a replacement or refund.
