So far, so good
Hours of cutting 16ga steel on one set of consumables. Thing is a little workhorse. Just hope it lasts. I'll update if anything changes...

Excellent
This is unbelievable what your getting for the money. I hesitated for years to buy a plasma cutter because the name brands are so expensive and I figured these cheaper ones would be no good. This thing will cut the sizes of metal as advertised and does a great job. I have cut 3/4" steel rough cut like butter. I haven't had the air leak that others have said they had, and haven't had any problems with this machine so far after several months and allot of use.

So Far So Good
So far so good with this machine. Seems like it works great. The thickest thing that I've cut is 3/8" and cut it pretty slick. Haven't needed the tech support so not sure how good they are. So I'll keep using it and hopefully it will last quite a while

Cuts 15/16 inch steel
Cutter works well. I purchased this one and the Bestarc BCT500DP 3rd Generation to compare. I successfully cut 15/16-inch-thick steel with both cutters. The Flameweld was able to cut the steel at a slightly faster rate. The 5 extra amps makes a difference. Cons: Flameweld machine is larger in dimensions and no air protection. Boh are good machines for price.

Powerful but lower amps than advertised
Tested with an amp clamp at 240 volts at 55 amps showed 44 amps. 45 amp setting showed 37. 20 amp setting showed 23 amps. Still cuts good with lower than advertised max amps.

Cuts great, very short life span.
Failed after about 6 months of hobby level work. When it did work it cut very well and clean if you know what you’re doing. Just don’t expect this to last very long. Very disappointed with the life span.
