Listen, these are TINY. The product listing advertises them as 16 gauge and 8mm inner diameter. And that’s exactly what they are. If you aren’t familiar with your piercing diameters, you should probably do some research on that before purchasing so you know what size you prefer. This size is typically what I wear and I prefer the smaller dainty size. They’re snug to my septum and don’t hang far down. Additionally, the small clear retainers are perfect for hiding the jewelry while still keeping a hole open. If you don’t have the patience or small fingers to fiddle with getting these in, I wouldn’t recommend them for you. The staple style ones also fall out pretty often, but work great for hiding a septum piercing for a few days if you have nostrils that don’t allow for flipping easily. For me, these are awesome, and just what I wanted and needed. They’re good for the price considering you might lose a few here or there. YES they are small but YES there are people who prefer this size!

The perfect size! I spent alot of time trying to find the small horseshoe and this one came with the exact one I wanted. The balls are easy to get on and off but Ive had no issue with them coming lose. Its great quality for the cost!

I Been looking for a septum piercing with the right size and this so perfectttt😩😩😩 not to big not too smalll and the balls stayed in after a drunk night so get em queen!

The main reason i got these is the price point and the amount it comes with! i checked all the rings and balls out once i got them! the spikey ones are hard to twist off, but they stay on well! some of the colors do duplicate, but that is good for me sense i constantly lose balls! the sizing seems well, i bought the 16g and it fit! so, thats a good sign! no say on the durability! but, i will update if i can if it ends up being rough! :)

Septum ring was TINY. I had a standard size in my nose and it looked normal, small even. But these don’t even compare. They’re all tiny, unwearable. I’ve got a pretty highly pierced septum so maybe if yours is pierced lower it would be fine. But for me no. Silver is the standard, black the new.
