This is one of the best meat cleavers I’ve ever owned and even cuts vegetables really well. The value is perfect for it. It’s nice and sturdy and the quality is fantastic on it.

Sturdy and durable

I ordered the Black Viking, which is one of the Chef's Knife Series Knives from Huusk. The box itself looked fancy to me, but whenever I unboxed the new knife, I was really impressed with its leather sheath. It has custom leather working all the way around the sheath's edge, and as for the Huusk knife itself, it is certainly a high quality product! The wooden grip feels excellent inside of my hand, I appreciate the metal working I can see has been performed to the stainless steel blade during the manufacturing process, and speaking of, this blade does come with an extremely sharp edge from the factory! I feel a secure control while holding the Huusk knife, and I have no problem issuing it an official five star review.

The cleaver is nice but the handle is short and the ring at the bottom of the tang digs into my palm and it's very uncomfortable to use. It is not very ergonomic at all, it looks cool, but it kinda sucks. I feel like i wasted 40 bucks!
