It works fine and easily to install (still needs sealant), but the chrome finish is not stainless, hard water scaling will still occur.

Look at the price, then look at the quality. It looks superb and works really well as intended. Just be sure to tighten all your bolts and screws. The touch surfaces are made out of metal and the under surface is plastic, so it all feels very premium indeed.

Good sturdy product and easy to fit. If you have any problems just go onto you tube they have plenty videos to help. Well made fittings and prompt delivery.

the item is easily to install and I recommend to watch some YouTube video if you haven't done it before. The item feels well built unfortunately the lid for the mechanism hasn't got any seal so water leaks around the edge but a bit of silicone solve the problem, unfortunately that invalidate the return warranty, be mindful of that.

I understand what others say about it being weak and easily broken, but ive had enough experience with plumbing fittings to know that 'just' tight is enough to create a lasting seal when screwing parts together and that the risk of over-tightening is a fine line that results in breaking parts. If you bare this in mind, dont force it tight and its fine! Clean the areas where the seal will happen, tighten the fittings gently and you'll be good to go. Im very impressed with this fitting for thr value. I compared a similar item to Screwfiw and this was marginally cheaper and arrived within 12hrs of ordering, so im very happy about that.

This was installed to replace a pop-up waste which which had to be destructively removed for reasons, so couldn't be re-used. This item is of much lower quality than the unit it replaced. The chromed brass is much thinner and flimsier, especially the control knob but also the plug and drain grid; the screw fitting clamping the overflow to the bath is plastic rather than brass; the grub screw holding the control knob needs loctite applying to stop it working loose; the threaded barrel clamping the drain to the bath doesn't have a hex head (so had to be tightened down with the thin metal blade of a set square - not ideal); overall it feels a bit cheap. That said, it was easy to fit and all went together ok. It looks passable but nothing special. Time will tell how well it stands up in use but at least it works for now.

The waste part requires the wide flat tool to squeeze it to the bath.
