The Best 😍
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I love a good vanilla in all its forms- liquid, paste, powder, a plump whole bean. And really good vanilla products are expensive even in ordinary economic times. I recently began using vanilla powder sweetened & unsweetened in coffee & cocoa & also adding some to the liquid vanilla called for in regular baking recipes. Recent rise in prices led me to try different brands of varying price. And none measured up to Cooks for quality & price reasonable and fair for that quality. Definitely worth the purchase. Cooks is well-known for quality in all offered forms - liquid, paste, powder, plump whole beans and that particularly applies to their vanilla powder. The powder dissolves quickly and thoroughly with no lumps or residue and full flavor. A #1 product for my kitchen cabinet!

Best vanilla powder
Love this powdered vanilla !!!! Great flavor and best in ingredients. Seems pricy for the size but its also organic so I'm guessing that's why.

Gave 5 stars because I mis-read the details! Ha!
It's actually a very good product and I added it to my morning coffee. What I didn't realize is that it comes with sugar added. I was intending to use it to recreate a Starbucks Mocha powder that they stopped making years ago. The ingredients were pure unsweetened vanilla powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sugar. Its too sweet to add to my recreation recipe sonce it comes with added sucrose, so I'll just use it by itself. It has a strong wonderful vanilla taste!

This item is in need of a nutrition label
There needs to more transparency of what is in this item and the word 'pure' should be removed from the label. And no, I don't care that it "technically" meets FDA guidelines for the word pure. I was trying to add this ingredient to a recipe, when I came across a site that led me to Cook's website, after a bit of drilling I found the nutrition information which showed for 100 gram serving, 358 calories, 4 grams of sugar. I don't understand why this information is not (1) included on Amazon page and (2) on the bottle itself. Not one of those pictures that is currently on their show it has dextrose in. However, the word "pure" is in almost every picture. To know that this has dextrose, within the description page, if you search for it, you will see the ingredients. and I am sure Cooks thinks they are being perfectly forthright because it shows dextrose there instead of really helping out the customer by including it in the images on their page, or better yet, include the nutrition label. I don't normally take time to write negative comments about a product but I really feel like it was a deliberate decision on their part not to make it apparent that this items was not truly "pure" and that it contained sugar. In anyone of those images they could have listed the ingredients and nutrition instead of using fluff words to disguise what the consumer is buying. It looks like the really went out of their way not to show an image of the ingredients hoping customers would just focus on the word pure and buy the item. And when you look at the label on the bottle that this product comes in, there is more fluff that does nothing for the consumer so there is no reason they could not have fit the nutrition on the bottle . There are other spices, powders, extracts out there being sold that have no issues in including a nutrition label.

Great tasting vanilla powder that I use in my coffee and other baking and cooking products.

Secret Ingredient
My secret ingredient in many recipes! I’ve repurchased many times over. In fact, I have this on subscription because I never want to be without. Seems pricey but absolutely worth the money.

Easy to use every morning in your coffee
This vanilla powder is delicious when I froth it in milk for my morning coffee! Or for use in baking rather than liquid vanilla. Just sift it in with the flour and baking powder or baking soda.
