Waited for 3 good weeks, excellent product I can't complain, it's great for combination skin, I would recommend it and I'm sticking to it

Smells really nice and is so thick and lucious. The consistency is like pearl and makes my skin glow. Love it!

Foams beautifully and you can really feel the little granules cleaning your skin.. Smells lovely too!

I have not used this many times but I have noticed that many products from Amazon arrive completely differently to the item shown in the image. I thought I was receiving a ‘skinfood’ item but this is from another company.

I just recently ran out of my go-to exfoliant, the Boscia exfoliating powder (which retails for around $30), and must say that I'm surprised and delighted to find that my experience with this scrub is comparable at a third of the price. Texturally, the scrub is quite thick and goes on my face evenly, creating a rich lather without too much trouble. Given how thick the formula is, I only need to use a dime sized dollop or so to cleanse my face. As such, I suspect this tube is going to last me a long while which is another plus. The exfoliant is subtle but effective. I have sensitive skin, which a lot of exfoliants can irritate, but this one refreshes the skin without causing redness, drying, or breakouts. It is lightly scented, but the scent is more of an afterthought than anything. I like it. If you have very oily skin, you could definitely use this scrub every day. However, for those with dry or mixed skin types, you can't go wrong alternating this with a foam or oil based cleanser every other day. I cleanse my face with this in the shower after applying an oil based makeup remover, then follow up with a hydrating serum and snail emulsion. The result is soft, firm, refreshed skin and no irritation! I'll be sure to come back and update if I experience any change in my skin's reaction to this product, as well as with how long the tube lasts me. If you're looking for a moderately priced exfoliant that won't rip up your face, this is a wonderful option.

Amazon was out of my usual rice cleanser, so I decided to try this one. I certainly wasn't disappointed, and I now have a new favorite. This is a wonderful cleanser. It's rich and thick, if you use it correctly. You'll need to apply this to a damp face. Then, just squeeze a little of the cleanser onto your wet hands, and rub them together until a nice foam forms. Then, apply to your face and scrub with either a cloth or a battery operated brush (I love the PMD, which is for sale here on Amazon). This is marketed as an exfoliating cleanser, and it does contain tiny particles of rice, which certainly brighten the skin, but it won't really exfoliate anything other than the dead skin cells that are clinging to your skin. However, we really can't ask a cleanser to do much more than that. (I also have the PMD exfoliator, and that works wonders.) While this cleanser won't give you a deep exfoliation treatment, it will remove all the "bad stuff" on the surface of your skin and leave it feeling wonderful and looking brighter. Unless you have extremely sensitive skin, this cleanser is mild enough to use every day. I don't have sensitive skin at all, and I use this in the morning, then again in the evening after my oil based cleanser, and I've had no problems at all. If you've read my other reviews, you might know I have very dry skin. (Bummer, people with dry skin get wrinkles and superficial lines more easily, so I'm trying to stave them off with a rigorous skincare program.) This is the perfect cleanser for people with dry or normal skin. It will work on oily skin as well, but those people might need something a little more cleansing, something that we dry skinned folks might find a bit strong. All-in-all, I'm so happy with this foaming cleanser that I plan on trying the other skincare products in this line.

I wouldn't suggest this as a daily exfoliant as advertised - you could be over exfoliating and making your skin condition worse! I'm in my mid twenties and still have hormonal/acne prone skin and was told that adding gentle physical exfoliant into my regime could help. I don't have entirely sensitive skin to products, but in my case, exfoliants are not meant to be a daily thing, nor an every other day thing. I have found myself using this maybe once a week now which is perfect. I'm not convinced that this product alone is helping me combat my acne, but I feel like it's contributing to helping my acne medication (topical) penetrate deeper into my skin. I don't particularly enjoy the feeling of my skin on my face after I wash the product off - I feel as though the natural oils from my skin have been stripped and it's just begging for moisture! I make sure to add an extra layer of moisturizer after using this. This is one of the reasons why I don't use it as often anymore. I still use this at least weekly in the shower on my body where I have bumpy skin - I've noticed an improvement on my upper arms over the months. This product is affordable, the scent is mild, it is of thick consistency and smooth texture, and lightly foams up when mixed with water. A little definitely goes a long way - I use a generous pea-sized amount. Picture to add that product labeling has changed. Left side was purchased in June 2020 and one on right in October 2020. They were both sealed at the tubing and externally with a film, so it did not bring any cause for concern.
